Fifteen families including panchayat join BJP in Rangang-Yangang

GANGTOK,: BJP Sikkim today kick-started its booth level retention and strengthening drive from Rangang-Yangang constituency. State BJP president D.R. Thapa presided over a meeting with Mandal executives and booth level members at Niya Mangzing GPU.

During the programme, 15 families, including sitting panchayat member and vice president of the Niya Mangzing GPU, Mingma Chuki Sherpa, joined the BJP, a party press release informs.

This significant development further strengthens the party’s booth-level organisation at Mangzing, said the State BJP.

State BJP president D.R. Thapa formally welcomed the new members by presenting them with party scarves and flags.

Addressing the gathering, Thapa urged all Karyakartas and newly joined members to dedicate themselves to people’s welfare and organisational expansion while strictly following the ideology of the BJP under the dynamic leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The drive aims to strengthen the party’s grassroots presence across the State through consistent booth-level engagement and expansion, said the Sikkim BJP.
