Sikkim Governor Om Prakash Mathur
on Tuesday called on Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi. It was a
courtesy call by the Governor wherein he apprised the Prime Minister about
various issues concerning the State, a Raj Bhavan press release informs.
During the meeting, they
discussed key developmental issues and infrastructure projects aimed at
boosting the State’s growth.
Further, the Governor sought the
Prime Minister’s continuous patronage and support towards Sikkim’s specific
developmental needs, the release mentions.
