GANGTOK,: Indra Hang Subba, Member of Parliament (Lok Sabha), who is part of India’s Parliamentary Delegation to the ongoing 80th Session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York, delivered remarks during the Interactive Dialogue with the Special Rapporteur on Cultural Rights at the Third Committee.
In his statement, Indra Hang reaffirmed India’s steadfast dedication to preserving, promoting, and safeguarding its traditional cultural expressions, while ensuring sustainable livelihoods for cultural practitioners.
