Forum appeals support for Rabi Ghatraj

GANGTOK,: The Rabi Ghatraj support forum today appealed the people of Sikkim and music lovers to extend all possible support to the Sikkimese singer who has reached the semi-final round of ‘Voice of Nepal Season 3’ reality talent show.
Speaking to media here, Temi Tea Board chairman Tashi Tshering Bhutia said Rabi Ghatraj has reached the semi-final round in Nepal with his singing talent and support from his well-wishers. The competition is now tougher and it is here where we can extend support to Rabi through voting to ensure his victory, he said.
Bhutia thanked Chief Minister P.S. Golay for extending financial support of Rs. 8 lakh to Rabi for the Nepal contest. Voting through ‘Prabhu’ app plays a crucial role in determining a contestant’s progress in the ‘Voice of Nepal Season 3’ contest.
As more support and votes are required now, we request all in Sikkim and music lovers to give their support by voting or extending financial support to the forum to do the voting on their behalf, said the Temi Tea Board chairman.
Forum member Mani Kumar Pradhan appealed the people to download the Prabhu app, register and cast their votes. He informed that the forum is using the funds raised to get coupons from Prabhu Bank and using the coupons to increase the votes for Rabi.
The semi-final round is a tough battle and it is with our collective efforts that we can ensure that our Sikkim talent gets through this round, said Pradhan.
The conference was also attended by R.K. Waling, Dr. Sabita Sapkota and Nikita Cintury.
