GANGTOK, : Prabha Chettri, who hails from Yangang in South Sikkim, has been selected as one of the official finalists for the prestigious Miss Grand India 2025 pageant. This remarkable achievement not only highlights Prabha’s dedication and talent but also places Sikkim back on the national beauty and fashion map.
Prabha's journey in the world of beauty pageants began at the Namchi Girls Senior Secondary School, where she first honed her skills and passion for modeling. Over the years, she has participated in several prominent competitions, showcasing her versatility and commitment to excellence. Notably, she was a finalist in the Miss Sikkim 2019 pageant, which set the stage for her subsequent successes, a press release informs.
Her impressive resume includes being a finalist in the Sunsilk Mega Miss Northeast 2021, where she represented the Northeastern region with grace and poise. Prabha also made headlines as a State finalist for the Sikkim and Arunachal Pradesh edition of Femina Miss India 2022, further solidifying her status as a rising star in the beauty pageant circuit. Most recently, she was a semi-finalist in the Glamanand Supermodel India 2023, where her performance earned her accolades from judges and audiences alike.
