Sikkim CM attends swearing-in ceremony of new BJP Government in Assam

GANGTOK,: Chief Minister Prem Singh Tamang-Golay attended the swearing-in ceremony of the newly formed BJP Government in Assam, held in the gracious presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Extending congratulations and best wishes, the Chief Minister conveyed his greetings to Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma and all the members of the newly inducted cabinet who took oath as part of the BJP-led government in the State.

Describing the occasion as a historic milestone, the Sikkim Chief Minister said the formation of the new government marks the beginning of a renewed journey of development, good governance, and progress for the people of Assam.

The Chief Minister wished the newly formed government immense success in serving the people with dedication, integrity, and vision, informs a CMO press release.
